Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "you") and yogame ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at yogame.bio. By completing registration, making a deposit, or otherwise using any feature of the yogame platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

Eligibility & Age Verification

To be eligible to register and use the yogame platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which your account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity registering on behalf of a third party;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gaming is expressly prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not acting as an agent, proxy, or representative of another individual for the purpose of circumventing these Terms;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from yogame or had an account closed by yogame for a breach of these Terms;
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or director of yogame or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, or licensed game providers.

yogame reserves the absolute right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driver's licence. Accounts where age or identity cannot be satisfactorily verified will be suspended pending verification or permanently closed, and any pending withdrawals will be withheld until verification is complete.

Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold one (1) registered account with yogame. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. yogame employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, yogame reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any bonus balances, and withhold withdrawals pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and throughout the duration of your account is accurate, complete, and current. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, your date of birth, your current residential address in Pakistan, your valid mobile number, and your active email address. yogame will use this information to communicate with you, process your transactions, and verify your identity.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. yogame strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), which is available to all registered players at no additional cost. You must notify yogame immediately via the support channels if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. yogame accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

• Do not share your password with any third party under any circumstances;
• Do not access your yogame account from shared, public, or unsecured devices or networks;
• Log out of your account completely after each session, particularly on shared devices;
• Use a unique, strong password not used for any other online service.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

All player accounts at yogame are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). yogame accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and the Raast / 1LINK interbank payment system. yogame does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own charges, for which yogame accepts no responsibility.

• Deposits are credited to your yogame account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. Standard processing times apply as published on the Deposits page.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day; current limits are published in the Banking section of the platform.
• yogame reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits above specified thresholds, consistent with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Deposited funds may only be used to fund real-money wagers on yogame. Transfer of funds to third parties is prohibited.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless an alternative is expressly approved by yogame's finance team following identity verification.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed until your KYC verification is complete and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been satisfied.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are published in the Banking section. yogame aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timelines published at the time of your request.
• yogame reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals and to delay payment where fraud or money laundering concerns are identified.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

yogame offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible registered players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to individual promotion-specific terms, which are published on the Rewards page and must be read alongside these general Terms.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) that must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game type are published in the individual promotion terms. Live casino games, slots, and sports bets may carry different contribution percentages.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the time period stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• Abuse: yogame reserves the right to cancel, withhold, or claw back bonus funds and any associated winnings where abuse of the bonus system is detected, including but not limited to low-risk betting patterns designed to exploit wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts, or collusion.
• One Account Per Bonus: Promotional offers are limited to one per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Game Rules, Fairness & Technical Malfunctions

Each game available on the yogame platform is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable game rules. In the event of a conflict between the individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall govern the specific game outcome, and these Terms shall govern all other account and platform matters.

All Random Number Generator (RNG) based games available on yogame — including slots, virtual sports, and RNG table games — are independently certified by approved testing laboratories. Certification confirms that game outcomes are statistically random, unpredictable, and not influenced by yogame or any player. Certified Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published in each game's information panel.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game round, yogame reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund wagers placed during the affected period. yogame shall not be liable to any player for losses incurred as a result of technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the yogame platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account or providing false information during registration;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place wagers, or gain an unfair advantage;
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes in any game type, including poker, Teen Patti, or sports betting;
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed through yogame's sportsbook;
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches in the platform to obtain winnings that would not otherwise be payable;
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward yogame support staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any component of the yogame platform or its underlying software.

Intellectual Property

All content on the yogame platform, including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, interface designs, marketing copy, and databases, is the exclusive intellectual property of yogame or its licensed third-party content providers. No part of the platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, reverse-engineered, publicly displayed, or commercially exploited without yogame's prior written consent.

The yogame name, logo, and associated brand identifiers are registered or unregistered trademarks of the Company. Unauthorised use of yogame's trademarks — including in domain names, social media handles, or marketing materials — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, yogame's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

yogame shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special losses including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or damage to reputation. yogame does not accept liability for losses arising from:

• Your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials;
• Interruptions to the platform caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to acts of God, government action, telecommunications failure, or cyberattacks;
• Your reliance on information published on the platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate through no fault of yogame;
• Your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit yogame's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by yogame's negligence, to the extent that such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

Account Suspension & Termination

yogame reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected;
• The player is found to be under 21 years of age;
• KYC verification cannot be satisfactorily completed within a reasonable timeframe;
• Suspicious financial activity, fraud, or money laundering is detected or reasonably suspected;
• A valid self-exclusion request has been received from the player;
• Regulatory, legal, or licensing obligations require the closure of the account.

Upon closure of an account, yogame will conduct a review of the account balance. Where no breach of these Terms has been identified, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. Bonus balances, free spin winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements, and any funds associated with a Terms breach may be withheld.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any real-money balance will be returned subject to KYC completion.

Responsible Gaming

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which yogame holds its international gaming licence. By accepting these Terms, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies specified under that licence for the resolution of any dispute.
